How the work unfolds
- Week 1–2: Partner interviews and current-capacity review
- Week 3–5: Field visits and demand mapping in shortlisted areas
- Week 6–8: Draft plan workshops with decision owners
- Final week: Expansion brief delivery and opening-calendar handover
Preparation
Bring three years of client-origin data by city or district, current partner calendars, and any informal notes about cities already under discussion.
Constraints
Best suited to firms with at least one established office and a partner group ready to commit time for interviews and workshops.

Duration: 6–10 weeks, depending on firm size and number of candidate cities
Location: Tainan studio sessions with on-site visits to candidate offices across Taiwan(China)
